My mother and I own an estate sale business in which we use the wireless unit. We have had no problems with the unit, but have had questions on how to use it. Curtis our rep at gotmerchant.com has been great in answering the questions for us and getting back to our emails very quickly with an answer. We are very pleased with our decision to use Gotmerchant.com and being able to accept credit cards with no hassles. It has been wonderful and increased our sales dramatically. These days people don't carry much cash on them, but they always have a debit or credit card with them.

I received your thank you card and felt I should be the one thanking you. We had been trying to get a merchant account
for a few months and had been turned down because we showed firearms on our site. I talked to our bank and they wanted
$600 to set up an account and wanted an affidavit saying that we wouldn't sell firearms on the internet. That is why I
was so "patient" about your underwriters, I understand their reluctance. No other company would even offer to accept an
affidavit. I appreciate all the time and help you gave to me. If I ever run across anyone needing a merchant account,
I will definitely refer them to you.

Their Customer service is excellent. We recently had our non-qualified rate lowered because of our higher volumes
