BACK OFFICE (hospitality only at this time) Our back office is Internet based, so there is no need for an additional point of sale system to perform back office duties. You can access the system remotely via any Internet connected computer from anywhere in the world. This online system of ours is called Lighthouse. It allows you to edit the menu items/prices (food service) or your inventory (retail) as well as view your sales reports, credit card transactions, deposits, batches and statements. Lighthouse is relatively new and we will be constantly upgrading it throughout this year and in the future. You will automatically receive any new features as they become available. At this time, Lighthouse is only compatible with our restaurant point of sale system. Retail is expected to be available sometime in 2012. 
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING
It only takes a few seconds to process the transactions through our POS system using your high speed Internet connection. For us to be able to give away this POS system for free, the credit card processing must be handled by us. Our standard credit card pricing is very competitive compared to the industry. However, if you currently process with someone else, then we would be more than happy to match or beat your current rates. In any event, we are flexible when it comes to this part of the program. You can upload your own custom artwork or use anyone of our pre-made templates. Your first 50 cards are Free! The first 60 days of service is Free!
